losing inches>losing lbs

Looking for other people with similar goals and tips on toning and losing inches (esp in the midsection) rather than losing lbs!!

    Strength training. Be sure to add core exercises like deadlifts, deep squats, and elevated split lunges. I'm getting real results doing these.
