Am I doing this right?
My BMR is 1930 calories, my TDEE is 2990 at 3-5 hrs/week moderate intensity, and my TDEE-20% is 2392. Today at the gym I burn 1230 calories (via my garmin HR monitor). Does this mean I need to have taken in a total of ~3100 calories? I just want to make sure I understand what to do on heavy workout days such as today.…
