Ok, I just finished week one of insanity. I have lost 1 lb and 1 inch off my hips, waist, thighs, neck, and arms. I want to lose at Least 2 dress/pant sizes by Valentines And would like to be down 10 more lbs? Can someone that has actually done these workouts help me out in what I need to do? Napping... Good or Bad?
I have been feeling extremely sleepy the last month. ( I do have a cold of course) But right after lunch, I just want to take a nap. Like I feel as if I could just pass out where I'm at. I take about an hour to hour n a half nap when my son takes his. Are naps bad if you are trying to lose weight?

How do you lose hip fat "saddle bags"?
My main areas that look the worst is my hips and the front of my stomach where I still have that baby pooch. How can I get rid of these? These seem to be the hardest for me and even when I was skinny i always had a problem with them. If I could lose those I would feel so much more comfortable about myself.
