First Fitness Nutrition question

Ok, are any of you guys doing the first fitness program? If so, have you ever went a week with no results? I am a little over three weeks into the program and have had great success of 13 lbs and 17 in dropped, but this last week seems like I have had no results. Is this normal? I am very strict with myself and follow the guide to the T and I work out 3 times a week.

    Hi, I am a First Fitness Distributer and am currently on the program again myself. It is completely normal to plateau after losing that much, what I recommend doing is either bump up your cardio a little bit and/or restarting day's 1 and 2 of the diet plan. Sometimes your metabolism needs a little reminder kick to bump it back in gear. Good luck with your weight loss, I started 12 days ago and am down 10 lbs so far. From experience, First Fitness products kicks everyone elses butts out there.
