My main areas that look the worst is my hips and the front of my stomach where I still have that baby pooch. How can I get rid of these? These seem to be the hardest for me and even when I was skinny i always had a problem with them. If I could lose those I would feel so much more comfortable about myself.

I've lost 6 or 7 inches off my hips in the past few months. I don't know that there is any huge secret except hard work. But my main forms of cardio are running and spinning/biking.....and I know that those are both really good for your butt and thighs. I think a key is doing a good mix of cardio, to burn the fat, and work outs that target those areas.
Good luck.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news....but if you have *always* had issues with having saddlebags, you might not be able to get rid of them with diet and exercise
My MIL lost a TON of weight ( like 50 pounds on her 5 foot frame) and I swear the only place she DIDN'T lose, was those darn saddlebags!
I personally have a massive muffin top that I want to get rid of. It seems like I lose above it, and I lose below it, and it just sticks out like a sore thumb...0 -
I second @sarahrbraun's comments...You may have a pear-shaped body type, in which case thighs/hips are always going to be larger. I am the same way, and it was not until I started running alot (like 18miles on weekends to train for a marathon) that I started to notice a difference. My saddlebags were reduced, but not completely gone by any means. It's hard work, for sure
I feel your pain. Best wishes with your fitness plans.

Ditto Spinning. This woman in my Spinning class had big saddlebags. She started in January and has significantly reduced them. We take the same class M-W-F.0
