Ok, I just finished week one of insanity. I have lost 1 lb and 1 inch off my hips, waist, thighs, neck, and arms. I want to lose at Least 2 dress/pant sizes by Valentines And would like to be down 10 more lbs? Can someone that has actually done these workouts help me out in what I need to do? Is my goal even reachable? Plus I don't have the money for the heart rate monitor and such, so I don't know how many calories I am burning. Could someone please tell me how to figure this out?

    Follow their nutrition plan as far as the Macros and eat enough. If you aren't eating enough, you won't have the energy to give it 100% effort....among other things. If you don't have the nutrition plan, then google it....the important parts of it are readily available in PDF form on the internet for free.

    You most likely won't be down 10 pounds by 2/14 unless you have a lot of weight to lose.

    ETA: when I say follow their plan, I'm not talking about shakeology or anything they sell...I mean their nutrition recommendations.

    well, According to what I am supposed to weigh for my height and age, I only need to lose 24 more lbs, but I want to lose 34 lbs.

    Working out is only 20-25% of your total results. If you want faster results - clean the diet even more. Any of those "insanity" type workouts work b/c it's intense, but not necessary or even the most effective.



    Edit- that being said- that workout can't hurt :)
