How to log calories in a recipe question
So let's say you are cooking at home and you make something like spaghetti. You know what ingredients you added, but how do you know the serving size? I make lots of things and I can keep all the ingredients listed and see that the total calories are XYZ, but I am never sure how to divide it into portions. My soups are…

Activity level
If you are just starting but walk 10000 steps a day at a minimum, what should you put for your activity status? I had mine as sedentary but I think it needs to change now that I'm at least walking daily.

Silly question
I am new (again) to this. I am logging and will use a food scale. But what about marinade? My husband froze some marinated meat and I can weigh that but how do I account for the marinade?

I am a teacher I am returning to school tomorrow. I have done so good so far, losing 21 pounds this summer and I don't want to ruin anything. Right now I am pretty stuck. trouble with the elliptical
Hi. I'm pretty new to working out, but I have been doing at least 30 minutes on the treadmill daily, at a good pace, and yesterday I started c25k. I sometimes use the stationary bike, and I have tried the elliptical. I CANNOT do it--- it hurts me after like 30 seconds. What is wrong with me? Tips, hints, tricks? Thanks
