Achy feet while exercising?
Whenever I excercise for 20 + minutes, my feet start to get really achy!! It doesnt matter if I am on the elliptical, treadmill or walking outside. It also happens in several different pairs of shoes that I own. Just wondering if this happens to anyone else and if so, if you found a pair of shoes that has helped?

Mexican Lasagna Casserole- in need of recipe!
I am looking for a great mexican lasagna casserole recipe!!! I tasted one yesterday at a friends house that someone brought for dinner. It was delicious and seemed pretty healthy. It was made with chicken, which I liked!!! Anyone have a great low cal recipe?

Will my weight loss slow?
Hi Everyone, As of right now, I have been doing some form of cardio about 6x a week. I have been thirking about incorporating weight training. I am just wondering, if my weight loss will slow at first when I begin doing weight training and less cardio? Thanks!

Why do some women drop the baby weight and others dont?
I'm really just curious--- Why do some women drop most to all of the baby weight that they gain and others will not drop any of it? I sort of have a fear that I will be the type that wont drop any of the baby weight. (Althought I am NOT pregnant) Thoughts?

After I workout, my profile shows that I then have more calories to eat. How do I change this as this is confusing, so that it only shows the amount of cals I have left to eat (not including those I burned off)? Thanks!
