Ideal weight
I'm 6'7" and my wrist measurement is 8-1/4" my elbow breadth is 4-1/2". All of these measurements are way above the large on all the charts. I started at my largest of 373 and currently weight 278. OK, I made it through weeks 1-3 and they where tough. I've read what is to come in week 5, and am worried that I am not ready for it. I lost 9lbs in 3 weeks and got a lot stronger, but one arm push ups? not yet. On the chest and back day, I can only do 10 push ups of each set in order to finish, even then I'm struggling.…

Time to start
