Frustration with weight loss after back surgery

I had my third back surgery (L5/S1 Fusion) in November. Before that point in time I had lost 105lbs in 2 years. Since surgery I've put 15lbs back on. I'm having hell losing this weight again. I know my exercise is limited due to surgery, for a little while longer. But my diet has been very good, just no weight loss. Very frustrated, I'm sure once I can start exercising more it will come off again.
