So not that long ago I hurt my knee, but now that its getting better I want to start working out again. What r some good ways to get a good cardio exercise, without jumping on my leg or puting a lot of my weight on it?

i need advice for blood test tomorrow..
thanks to some of u i now know that with being hypo, some of my vitamins could be low since im so fatigued lately. i have to go in tomorrow to get my blood done and i was wondering if i had to pay extra for them to check my vitamins. what should i ask them to check? i need advice so i can get all the help i can

i may have not lost weight, or have been working at it for a long time. today i got off my butt, did some p90x ( only half the video) walked a mile, and did 50 reps of 30 lb arm weights. it may not seem like a sucess story, but to me it is! i actually set my mind to something and did it. moral of the story, everyday u work…

when is best to work out on 3rd shift hours?
I was curious on the best time to work out for 3rd shift hours. i usually sleep until 10pm and then i am up between 10pm-10am. I heard working out during the day is best..but its hard for me to find the time. any advice?
