I have a few of Billy Blanks taebo dvds. Has anyone done them and what was your results? While my scale is not moving much I have noticed my stomach and love handels getting smaller and muscles becoming toned.

I have been on MFP for almost 2 months now and have lost only 5 pounds. I went back over my food diary goals and realized that I am not getting enough protein.
