I do yoga also. You can get a really good burn depending on what type of yoga you do. I prefer hot vinyasa flow or hot power hour. The rooms are heated to 105 degrees. I do yoga and it really has helped with the "love handles". You can google yoga for back/ side area. It does work pretty quickly if you stick with it.

My ideal body would be what I felt confident in and still had some curves! I'm short and as lose weight I lose my curves and become a pole. Straight up and down an I don't want that. So I would say curvy toned me if that's possible ...lol

It is but you may get sick of it before your body does. Try little changes to start off with like different seasonings on your food or add an extra vegetable to your meals before you know you have changed things up without the extra work.

If you obsess over it then I would use a friends scale to get a starting weight. Then just use your clothes and pictures to gadget your weight loss and then when you see or feel a difference in clothing or pictures use a friends scale again to see where you are. That could help to motivate you more.

Just an FYI protien also helps to move things along. Make sure you get enough protien in your diet.

That is awesome way to go! Keep up the good work and remember don't beat yourself up if you do slip. It happens we are not perfect . It is more about focusing more on the little things that help you to get to the big picture. There is always tomorrow or even an hour later. Good luck on your journey :)

Have you tried zit zag eating? Eat high cals one day the next lower cals. Try that for a couple weeks.

I am thinking about starting this program. Did anyone wait unroll you got closer to your goal weight or does it not matter? I do know the scale may go up but the body composition will change drastically. What are your thoughts?

Drink half your body weight in ounces. So if you weight 150 you want to drink at least 75 ounces a day.

I use the ripped extreme it is 30 MIN of cardio and 30 MIN of cardio light weights. It has made a huge difference in how I look. He does have a dvd that's has 8 workouts in it they are all 10 MIN a piece. I would recommend that first so you can see what you like then buy the full dvd in that type of work out.:bigsmile:
