Up the calorie intake to 1500 and eat back to at least 1200 on workout days. Also I highly recommend taking measurements. Imy scale stopped moving for a while but I was loosing inches. Keep at it you will get there it just takes time and patience.

I do Taebo ripped extreme its 30 MIN of cardio and 30 MIN of cardio weight training. I use 3 pound weights. I am loosing about 2 pounds a week. Whey protien has really helped me in my weight loss. I will have a shake at night before bed if I am why under my cap goal for the day. I even drink one on non weight days. It has been a huge part in why I have lost weight.

Your food diary looks great. I would suggest eating 200 more kcal a day and zig zag your workouts. If you can manage it workout 5 to 6 days for a week for an hour and do not eat back any exercise calories. That should hopefully get your scale moving. It worked for me but also everyone is different. Good luck:-)

Your stats are pretty similar to mine. I eat 1600 calories a day and found that I am losing weight much easier than when I was eating 1200 a day. Mine came 2 weeks late last month and a week early this month and I am normally very regular but it is normal when your body takes on major changes. No worries in a few months it'll get back to normal for most women.

Ok thank you I do eat chicken a lot. I think I need to eat it for lichen also I eat mostly non proteins for lunch such as raw veggies and fruit.

I was leaning towards whey but I don't want to have to veld it all the time. Any suggestions on non smoothie ways to consume it? I do eat eggs fish peanut butter chicken yogurt all of that bit its just not enough. Lol

Try googling it or put it in as taebo it is pretty similar. There is also an app you can get for android phones called calorie born its a great app and has kickboxing in or you put your weight in and you MIN and it calculates it for you.

Have you tried Jillian Michaels ripped in 30. I'm doing it and I can feel it in my thighs. Also try to find someone that can talk you into working out. I have been eating right and exercising 3 to 6 days a week for a month now and I have only lost 5 pounds all though i have lost inches, I am now wondering if I am not eating enough calories.
