Weight loss confusion

first of all I understand that body weight will fluctuate but here where I'm confused, I went on a 3 weeks vacation and basically I ate daily 2 pastries (croissant, sweet breads etc), then one or two gelato and pizza (every couple days) I did do a lot walking but I estimated no more than 300-400 calories burned per day, my weight before my trip was 207 after I got home I was 214, I hopped on the scale today and I'm at 203? been back on my 2000 calories for a little over 2 weeks....

Losing about 5 pounds a week can be normal and is ok but it may stager now and only be a pound a week. Seems like your doing well keep up the good work:)0
