Feeling tired easily
Cutting simple carbs down to only breakfast(2 whole wheat bread) and quater small bowl of rice everyday, also cutting coffee to once every 2 days average instead of my normal diet makes me want to go to bed at 10pm. In the afternoon i feel a little spaced out, but the diet has proved to work by eating 1300 calories a day.…

4 weeks difference
Hi, not here to brag or anything because im sure alot of you did more then what i achieved in 4 weeks. These pictures were taken on 22/8/2012 and today 12/9/2012. So for those who thinks they have not achieved anything, take photos no matter how much you might cringe at it because i took advice from MFP and did it. I know…

I know i should be having more protein...
...and scientific proof had shown that protein makes you feel fuller longer between meals... but the opposite is true for me, carb did the trick not protein. I had spaghetti in the morning and that did the trick and i did not crave rice for my lunch and even dinner! Should i switch to one large portion of carb in the…

Fantastic papay diet garunteed to weight loss
This is so effective. http://www.boxingscene.com/weight-loss/36946.php "Search Yahoo for "papaya" and "kirstie" and you'll find at least a hundred sites that claim papaya is single-handedly responsible for melting literally dozens of pounds off the body of a popular actress. I can recall, from my own quality-time…

Jeans are looser, but no Kilos dropping
So 3 weeks into dieting, but not even a kg dropped. I'm constantly hungry and cranky and i miss my carb very very very much (RICE!!) Did notice my jeans seems a little looser but i am being skeptical and say its because the material is being stretched loose. Laughing families are not helping either. sigh. My contribution…

What do you eat to keep yourself full?
its nice to learn from the veterans here how everyone do to keep themselves full without gorging on high calories foods :) For me i take a huge gulp of water, which only last 3 minutes and the hungry feeling return with a vengence. Mentally i think its adding more to my stomach acid and it made me slightly ill. I really…

How to keep the flame burning??
I'm a chronic 3 minutes passion person, and in the past it has been a major tripping stone to me. I might start out really really hot, keeping my routine to a tee but it only last 3 months or less. The longest i've been on was because i hired a personal trainer and he really pushes me to the brink (and we had a contract to…

Confused : exercise calories?
I am so confused by this term : exercise calories. I need veterans here to explain gently to me about this foreign term. My idea of weight loss has always been "workout more then what you take in". But then i read that you need to eat back the exercise calories... does that mean munching on apples and veges?

Swimming Questions
Hi all, first off, i dislike running and jogging for the simple fact that it stressed my ankle which i injured some time ago so im thinking of taking up swimming again. For a petite 5'1 lady i have quite the broad shoulder because i used to swim during my childhood so my main concerns are not to build muscles on my…
