4 weeks difference

Hi, not here to brag or anything because im sure alot of you did more then what i achieved in 4 weeks. These pictures were taken on 22/8/2012 and today 12/9/2012. So for those who thinks they have not achieved anything, take photos no matter how much you might cringe at it because i took advice from MFP and did it. I know i lost inches and cms but my pounds are barely moving at all. As i was about to give up i took the picture again and i was delighted to see the difference afterall.

My method of weight lost is eating 1200 to 1400 calories a day and only swim an hour a week, but i walk my dogs every evening for 30 to 40 minutes over 3km. So i think everyone can understand if i up my exercise i'd see alot more result then this.

I hope this will inspire you to continue on to your journey and dont give up! You might think your efforts are in vain but actually your body is changing! Have faith!
