Meal Plan Following
I'm just curious to know if anyone follows the meal plan provided whether it be mildly, moderately, or down to the tee and their associated results with it. I'm not sure if I've ever heard of anyone even doing it.

Protein Shakes After Cardio or No?
HAPPY FRIDAY AND FIRST DAY OF SUMMER!!!! ok, so i have about 70 lbs to lose. I work out 6-7 days per week ( of which 2-3 are cardio only for about 45-60 minutes). Elliptical to Support 320 Lbs?

Can anyone share their experiences and opinions of adjustable weights? I'm thinking of getting a pair of 25's made by a brand called XMark Fitness.

How soon to see exercise results?
Question - how soon after a heavy workout (such as burning more than 2000 calories) will the scale show your effort? Will it be 24 hours, 48, more? Just curious. I have heavy weekends and my weigh in days are Mondays. Since I don't weigh myself in between, I'm not sure how significantly the scale changes. Plus, your weight…
