I definitely suggest using a HRM for any and all exercises. No, it doesn't measure how much fat you've burned, but I do believe the calories are far more accurate than the counters on a machine or even the estimate that MFP will give you because the HRM has your settings of height, weight, intensity, etc. I was excluding…

Hi!!! It looks like everyone is doing pretty good for the most part. I'm at the end of week 8 and I actually like workouts 7 and 8, which probably just means that 9 and 10 will kick my *kitten*!!!! It's ok though - it's not like I couldn't stand the challenge!!!! Grrrr!!!!

I did body revolution last year and lost close to 40 lbs. I gained it all back when I lost my way. I just started the program again on June 1st, and I'm down 7 lbs already. I love Jillian!!!

I like the protein for strength days to reduce the soreness if nothing else. my shakes taste like dessert do I do think they curb the appetite too lol

I swear by the Jillian Michaels body revolution program. I did it once and lost close to 40 lbs. I think it's like $120 but it's well worth it and I hear there are free videos on you tube for it.
