I busted my *kitten* with insanity only to see my weight go down one, back up one, and then maintain for the third week. I did body revolution and saw instant results. I was 30 lbs lighter by the end of the program.

I just started it myself but my plan is to just keep going even if it's doing mostly modified version. I think that's best to consistently keep the body guessing. I'll do advanced gradually throughout the week as I get more comfy

I do. and I do like it. it's really nice if you don't prefer running because it burns your calories on an incline instead. I read and watch tv while on it because I get bored easily and it passes the time. you definitely feel the burn on this thing. I recommend way more than a regular treadmill

Hi all!!!! newbie here. I did this program last year and successfully lost 30 pounds. I fell off due to working a second job, but I've reduced my hours and am starting the program again tomorrow since I know that it works. see you guys at the finish line!!!!!

My trainer told me 40 grams on easier workout days and 60 grams on killer days. I don't keep track as well, but take the advice of the poster above who said let your body tell you.

I eat them preworkout alone if I workout hard like more than 3 hours. I eat them post workout with other small things if I only workout for an hour.....sounds backwards but it's working for me so far.

I've seen big gaps like 300 for 2 hours straight, but nothing as drastic as half. Go with the HRM number (as long as it is calibrated correctly)
