How to best go through Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30

Hey all,

Would you recommend that I move from one level to the next and stay with the modified versions of each level, or would you wait until I can do everything in the advanced versions before moving to the next level?

    I just started it myself but my plan is to just keep going even if it's doing mostly modified version. I think that's best to consistently keep the body guessing. I'll do advanced gradually throughout the week as I get more comfy

    I was on Week 1 Day 5 today on the modified version and will continue to Week 2 to 4 on modified as well UNLESS my body says I can really do it. Of course I challenge myself here and there on the advanced but if it is too hard, I do not force myself :)
