Decline Bench Press vs Bench Press
I tried out the Decline Bench Press (instead of the normal Bench Press). When doing so, I realized that I was lifting more on the Decline. 1. Is this normal? 2. If it is not normal, what's going on? Are my supporting muscles/arms weak and need to be improved? Thanks!
