Protein Powder Suggestion - For those with weak stomachs

Hey Team,

I (generally) have a weak stomach when it comes to certain foods. Protein powders give me cramps and tummy aches. I would go as far as saying I have IBS - so I am careful with what I eat.

If you're looking for a protein powder - check out Trutein (Milk Chocolate). I have been taking it for a week now with no troubles.

    If you feel sick after having typical whey protein, you may have a sensitivity to casein (milk protein.) I don't consume dairy of any kind because of the hell it wreaks on my digestive system. I'm not vegan, but I use a vegan protein powder with the full amino acid profile. It's a blend of pea, hemp and cranberry proteins. It's super easy to digest!
