Do you count the calories you burn in your sleep?
I am not sure if these calories contribute to weight loss or if I should count them into my calorie loss of the day. Does anyone count their sleep calories? Or is weight loss purely just loosing calories with physical activity? Thanks!!

Will you get results if you do slim in 6 program twice?
I have the slim in 6 program and i was wondering if you'd get the same results by restarting the program right after you've finished it or of you need to move on to something more difficult? any ideas on which program to step up to that isn't too challenging or too easy? thanks everyone!

what's a good program that's givin you results?
Well I have turbo jam, I haven't started but i want to do another program along with it. Nothing insanely hard, but something effective. I'm trying to loose about 80lbs and I need something that will give me results as quick as possible! What are some programs that have worked for you guys? Any results?
