I have been thinking about trying the 2 day a week fast method. but how do I get past the warning you are not eating enough message that pops up when your calories are too low? I would like those low days factored in. thoughts?

Hey all, I ended up doing a 8.5 mile hike today, kinda unexpected, so didn't have any snacks with me. I was not hungry at all after. only ate dinner cause I felt like I should get some protein in. Why should i increase daily calories with 10 loss
Can anyone help me understand why i should add calories after a 10 lb loss? i also upped my activity level to more accurately depict what is going on now. but a 200 daily calorie increase seems like a lot to me. Thanks in advance for the insight. Linda
