Started 30 Day Shred TODAY
Lawdy lawdy lawdy....it was tough. I can already tell my arms and abs will be sore tomorrow, and I've been doing the Shred it With Weights for a month prior to this. Honestly, I didn't make it thru to the end on EVERY exercise, but I'll get stronger and better every day. Anyone else just start the 30 DS?

45 days on MFP and gained 10lbs.
So I weighed today for the first time in a few weeks. Since joining MFP 45 days ago I've gained 10lbs. I gave up Atkins after being on that program for 9 months in exchange for using MFP and counting calories. Old (Atkins) habits die hard.
