My diary is open regardless of what I eat. My friends don't say anything about the frozen yogurt I had for dinner. I think if you are a complainer and whine about why you aren't losing weight but then have a closed diary...maybe you should stop whining.

I will never look at a grocery cart the same way again. I know they are covered with germs, but after I watched a child give the handle a tongue bath for several minutes the other day....I'll be bringing sanitizing wipes with me if the store doesn't supply them. GROSS!

No, they don't take their own advice. But the hospital has them in employee health telling people like me to lose weight. It's crazy. Great job on your weight loss. I wonder what you will win? :)

Good for you!! I weigh almost the exact same weight as I did last November (minus 5 lbs.). In November I was a size 14 and now I'm a 10/12 depending on the label. Scales suck! :)

I use mixes from www.rockmyrun.com I love the old school Michael Jackson mixed with Eminem etc.... plus some of them tell you beats per minute and they'll start off with like 130 and go up, then come back down just like in a work out. warm up, workout, cooldown. Ignore the "30" day part. You can stay at each level longer if you need to. The first few days are brutal. But if you keep at it your endurance improves greatly and your muscles tone!! I have a coffee creamer thief in my office. They left my coffee creamer bottle EMPTY! Pissed me off. I bought a new bottle. It says on the top of it "this could be ex lax. are you sure you want to risk it?" No one has touched my coffee creamer.

bump I have large calf muscles too. Always have. I remember trying on jeans when I was @ 13 and bending in the dressing room and the stitch on the calf of the jeans ripping like I was HULK or something. I played soccer, cheerleading etc.... I belong to a gym but I only use it in the extreme temperatures. Winter/Summer. I have been doing Jillian Michaels kettle bells and 30 Day Shred at home. They are awesome. While it's nice outside I add additional cardio by jogging around my neighborhood. Way better than the treadmill in the gym that smells like bleach.!

I do Jillian Michaels kettle bells and 30 Day Shred and my arms are much more toned. Good luck. It takes a long time and a lot of patience to get rid of that arm flab!

Happened to me when I was doing low carbs. As soon as I quit eliminating carbs from my diet the problem resolved. I'm not saying go eat a loaf of bread, but if you are doing low carbs you have to allow yourself some good carbs. Oatmeal, whole grains etc.....

You spend 10 days on each level. Some people stay on each level longer. Listen to your body and move to the next level when you are ready. It isn't 30 consecutive days. You can take rest days as you need to. I jog some days instead or take a complete rest day. The levels are 20 minutes long. They will kick your butt! But…

10 days each. I take a rest day after the 5th or 6th day. I also do some short distance jogging 2 miles) in addition to 30DS, but only a couple times per week. I did L2D2 last night and it kicked my butt.

I had arch pain and I ignored it. I ended up tearing my plantar fascia ligament and wearing a boot for 2 months while it healed. My pediatrist told me to look at the heel of the shoe and make sure it's square or flat. The shoes I was wearing when I ripped it were angled at the heel. Listen to your feet and go get better…

Can you do any upper body exercise? Like lay on your back and do chest flys? Small weights and drop out to the side and bring them back up? Can you do leg lifts? My HRM is usually less than MFP too, but only by like 20-30 cals or so.
