I just signed up with myfitnesspal today. I've lost nearly 50 lbs on the Atkins plan, along with working out at my gym. I'm @ 20lbs from my goal. These last 20 have been tough and don't seem to want to budge. I've had some difficulities with lack of fiber and my body is paying for it right now.
I've decided I may need something new, such as the traditional counting of calories.
I need friends. I need motivation to keep me going and it would be great to hear/read some tips and tricks or just some info that you think I need to know!
