Intensity for the first time, anyone else dong it?

ideas for low calorie meals whilst at work

going up from 1200 calories per day what do people think?
Hi, I've been doing 1200 calories for 2 weeks now and was thinking about moving them up a bit what would people recommend going up to, i was thinking 1400 but with the amount of exercise i'm doing i'm not to sure. Thanks Jess

Hi, i used to be a big snacker and mainly in the evening when im chilling out, I've heard this is not good for you because if you go to sleep after just eating the food will store as fat, does anyone have any tips on if i am hungry at night what to do and what kinds of foods to eat. Thanks Jess

weird topic: urinating more whilst dieting
