Get hungry at night time !

Hi, i used to be a big snacker and mainly in the evening when im chilling out, I've heard this is not good for you because if you go to sleep after just eating the food will store as fat, does anyone have any tips on if i am hungry at night what to do and what kinds of foods to eat.

    ^ This part is incorrect, and even if it WERE correct, you don't need to try and micromanage short term fluctuations in adipose since in the long run, fat oxidation will exceed fat storage, assuming you are eating at a calorie deficit, which I assume is true since you're on MFP and presumably following it.

    You can consider saving calories during the day (eat less during daytime) so that you can eat at night and still remain in a calorie deficit.
