over eating
it seems like i want to eat all the time it is so hard to cut back from 2500 cal to 1450 i end eating about 2000 cal and than try to make up for it by doing alot of exercise tapes:tongue: so im not loseing anything:sad:

i would like to find a good abs exercise tape just for abs
cothes that dont fit
should I hold on to cothes that have not fit me in three years my closet is out of control i dont want to get rid of anything I have cothes when i was AT THE WEIGHT WANT TO BE 120 plus i have cothes from when i was 130.140,150,160,170,180,190,200,210,220,230, when i hit forty i dont like anything tight around the waist

:bigsmile: i found that spring cleaning in august has help me drink my 8oz glasses of water but allso lose ten pounds
