I have trouble because I get hungry before I can get home and cook dinner. Especially if I have errands to run. What type of snacks can I keep in the car that aren't perishable? Anyone else have this problem and what do you do?
Heavier emphasis on either one for different goals I assume. What about for weight loss?
I have about 100 pounds to lose and tore my meniscus (right knee) with a repair about a year ago. I am doing the elliptical, rowing machine, stationary bike, and some walking. Maybe I just get bored with cardio???? I would die without my IPOD. Any other suggestions?
