struggling today
I am struggling today. I can't seem to find the motivation yet am super depressed about my weight. How do I reconcile those feelings? I do so well then use life getting in the way as an excuse. I know what I need to do but can't seem to find the strength in myself to do so.....

Another 30 Day Shred ?
So I strted 30 day shred in Feb. and did the first 11 days. Then I hurt my knee and stopped. It has been 10 days since I last did the workout but am feeling better and want to start again. Do you think I should start all over or pick up where I left off?

What can a husband cook for dinner?
I have always struggled with Fridays. I work and my husband doesn't. So he is sweet and likes to cook dinner for me. The only problem is its like hamburger helper or burgers.
