Another 30 Day Shred ?

So I strted 30 day shred in Feb. and did the first 11 days. Then I hurt my knee and stopped. It has been 10 days since I last did the workout but am feeling better and want to start again.

Do you think I should start all over or pick up where I left off?

    Anyone whoever asks this question, I will always say push yourself.. start from the beginning. If you find some of the cardio are hurting your knees, just stick to shadowboxing - you won't burn as much but it will keep you injury free and allow you (along with your own will) to complete the 30DS.
