BMR Guideline Question
My BMR is 1569.95 Can I eat less than that and still loose weight working out 5-6 days per week for about an hour? My TDEE is 2433 less 500 calories (says the internet to loose 1 pound per week) = 1933, but that seems high for me. I was recently on a 1200 calories per day, I bumped it up to 1370. I am having a hard time…

My weight loss has stalled...ugh...help!
So I have been on MPF since late March, I was able to loose 21 pounds 1200 cal a day work out 5-6 days a week, mainly cardio since I have a shoulder injury that has taken a long time to heal. My BMR is 1569 and my tddee is 2425. I havent been able to loose anymore weight...what am I doing wrong?
