BMR Guideline Question

My BMR is 1569.95 Can I eat less than that and still loose weight working out 5-6 days per week for about an hour? My TDEE is 2433 less 500 calories (says the internet to loose 1 pound per week) = 1933, but that seems high for me. I was recently on a 1200 calories per day, I bumped it up to 1370. I am having a hard time wrapping my head around so many calories per day. Any suggestions?

Yes, you can lose weight eating at a bigger deficit. The question though, is whether you should. Your body needs fuel to function. Long term deprivation has unpleasant consequences. If you have a lot of weight loss ahead of you, it's easier to sustain eating under the BMR, but I wouldn't recommend it as a way of life.0
