Distorted Body Image
It's my TOM and I've felt very low the past couple of days. I know, logically, that I'm not fat but I feel fat, bloated, and gross. All I'm thinking about is food and chocolate. Can somebody give me some positive words of encouragement. I'm in a rut and feel exhausted.

Cravings
It's about to be my TOM and I'm finding myself really craving chocolate lately. I bought some different kinds of dark chocolate bars and had 2 squares for a snack today. How do I kick these cravings and not go in there and eat an entire candy bar?

Challenge Help!
I'm participating in a fitness challenge at work and at the gym. We had to set a daily personal goal and mine was no alcohol and at least 8 glasses of water a day. Need more iron...
I noticed I'm very low in iron. What are some things I can eat? I'm having steak and broccoli tonight to try to up my numbers. Any other ideas? I can't eat steak on a daily basis but I can try to incorporate more fish. I do take a multivitamin.

Naturally Sweet Day...
We are having a competition at work to see who can have a naturally sweet day. That means no sugars or artificial sweeteners from any food the entire day. We can eat whole fruit. Any suggestions for snacks, dinners, etc.?

UMP (protein powder question)
Today was the second time I've tried the protein powder and both times my stomach has been really upset afterwards. Is anyone else having this problem? Solutions???

Healthy Recipe Help!!!
We're having a body transformation contest at work and our first team challenge is to bring in a healthy recipe for everyone to sample. The winner gets points for the team. It can be anything but I need to think of something healthy that can be sampled by many people. Any brilliant ideas???
