That looks delicious. Lately I've been making a fruit salad with 1/2 of a grapefruit, 1/2 of a blood orange, and a clementine. I drizzle a little agave nectar on the top and mix it up. It's so good!!! Cute strawberry hearts.

Thanks for the ideas. I already get plenty of sleep and I don't drink coffee. I like the push up idea. I alternate between Skinny Cow ice cream sandwiches, Vitamuffins, and peanut butter on a graham cracker. If I want something salty, I go for 100 calorie popcorn bags.

I didn't think I was lactose intolerant because I drink skim milk all the time. However, today I tried the protein powder with almond milk. It was the first time I've had almond milk. Could it be that you've gained muscle? Do your clothes fit better? Sometimes the number on the scale doesn't mean much.

I also enjoy pita pizzas. I like to top them with loads of fresh veggies like cherry tomatoes, shredded carrots, basil or spinach leaves, etc. I always cover them with olive oil first and use low fat cheese, whole wheat pitas, and homemade sauce.

Thanks for the motivation! What an excellent point. Sometimes it's so hard to remember tomorrow is another day and that you shouldn't give up after one day of bad eating.
