So, I got some yoga pants from a friend of mine that was cleaning out her closet. They "fit" me, but were way too snug to wear out into public. They stretched over my thighs and were tight in the waist & hips. I put them on the other day to work out and there is room to spare! Both in the thighs and around the waist/hips. I've also had the same situation with some other pairs of pants. Just a tiny victory, but it encouraged me to keep going! Thought I would share. :happy:

    That is not a tiny victory big a huge one. Congrats and keep up the good work. It is for sure paying off

    I find that to be one of the greatest victories.

    I can't wipe the smile off my face when my clothes loosen up.
