I am hoping to get some feedback on my calorie intake and burn. I looked at my food and exercise reports from Monday to Sunday of last week. My weekly exercise target burn is 1580 and my daily calorie target is 1520 (10,640 for the week) Last week I burned 2235 cal and ate 12,580. So I ate 1940 more that my target but I…

Can't eat all my calories!
I can't seem to eat all my calories when I've worked out and have extra. I just am not hungry and I don't want to just eat for the sake of it. I am almost at 3 weeks and haven't lost anything yet. Do I need to re-vamp my calories? What to do?? Leanna

How to figure calories in a meal made at home
Hello! I made chicken salad with light mayo, boneless skinless chicken breast and 3 hard boiled eggs. How do I figure out the serving size and calories per serving?
