I don't log in the reps and stuff because I keep track on paper but if you go into the cardio and search strength training you can log the calories burned. Leanna

I am loving it! I just finnished my 1st 30 days and now am in the Push phase. Wow the heavy weights make such a difference. Right now I have just enough hand weights that add up to 20lbs I am going to need some more for some of the lower body moves. The burn interval and Ab dvd's are a killer! But I can see my body…

I changed my recomended calorie intake from around 1600 to 1410. Still when my workout calories are added in I have anywhere from 592 to 180 left over. Maybe I just need to give it more time. Leanna

I can't seem to eat all my calories when I've worked out and have extra. I just am not hungry and I don't want to just eat for the sake of it. I am almost at 3 weeks and haven't lost anything yet. Do I need to re-vamp my calories? What to do?? Leanna

Hello! I made chicken salad with light mayo, boneless skinless chicken breast and 3 hard boiled eggs. How do I figure out the serving size and calories per serving? Hi, I like to go to Kraft Food and Family web site and look through their Healthy Living meal ideas. It gives you all the calorie break downs. Most are real easy to make and you can find everything from snack and drinks to main dishes. Hope that helps! Best wishes! Leanna
