Strength training

Is there any benefit to logging your strength training exercises on this site other than to keep track of them. I mean they don't add to your calories, so if I track them on another site do I have to repeat them here?:indifferent:

It should count it!0

If you want calories burned from strength training enter "strength training" under the cardio section. Under the other section it is just to record and gauge your progress.0

I don't log in the reps and stuff because I keep track on paper but if you go into the cardio and search strength training you can log the calories burned.

I don't use MFP for exercise logging at all, but when I did for a while, I never bothered with strength exercises. It can be helpful to keep a worksheet for your strength workouts--to track exercises, sets, weights, reps, etc. I would highly recommend doing that.0
