Help me analyze my week.

I am hoping to get some feedback on my calorie intake and burn. I looked at my food and exercise reports from Monday to Sunday of last week.
My weekly exercise target burn is 1580 and my daily calorie target is 1520 (10,640 for the week)
Last week I burned 2235 cal and ate 12,580.
So I ate 1940 more that my target but I burned 2235 a diff of 295.
Am I doing this right? Should I only look at my daily totals? I know I should burn more that I eat to loose weight. I am set up to loose 1 pound a week. Should I tweek this?
I am trying to educate myself more but I think all the info I am reading is turning to mush in my head! :ohwell:
