is it true caloriea burned by waahing and cleaning car
For the fun of it I put on my HRM while I washed and vacuum my car and it said I burned 200+ calories in 48 min....is that true and would you log it in??

i just bought a schwinn HRM from sports authority and i worked out this morning for 39 min. how is it that it calculated i burned 40+ calories???

when i logged in my weight training, i noticed it show that i burned calories, only in the cardio section......... is that right? when weight training, you're not burning calories? and what happens if i ate more than the recommended protein amount. like i'm 10 over
