when i logged in my weight training, i noticed it show that i burned calories, only in the cardio section.........

is that right? when weight training, you're not burning calories?

and what happens if i ate more than the recommended protein amount. like i'm 10 over

You do burn calories when you weight train but the majority of your extra calories burned happen for many, many hours after your training session so it's hard to get an exact or accurate number.

Get a HRM to find out how many calories you burn during the session also in the cardio section there is an option for weight/strength training log them here and it will give you an idea of how many calories you burned

Under cardiovascular, log them under strength training. It gives you your calories then. I always log my strength training twice, A) because it doesn't log time of workout under strength training, only reps/sets/weights, and B) for the calories.

After you log in the excercises you can add strength training under cardio That includes weight, and other exercises.

I do the same thing my strength is plyometrics which is a mix of cardio and strength at a high insensity.
