PCOS and lost belly fat...pics??
I have PCOS and I am working towards reducing my 33 inches waist size for a 112 lb body. I know there is no spot reduction and of course, that with PCOS it is difficult to get rid of the belly fat. But, I would like to know if there's anyone out there who has been successful in it? I'm looking for some inspiration!! Thanks!

Fat dominant on one side of abdomen
Hi all, It has been a while since I have been here but I was wondering if there's anyone out there who has the same problem that I do. My NSVs

I am no longer a size M/L but more of a S/M and sometimes XS :) 2. Shirts look pretty different on me now than what they were few months ago. They sit so well and I…

Decreased BFP...Yay?
I have been going to the gym everyday of the week since about 3 to 3.5 weeks now. With the equipment at the gym for measuring body fat percentage (the one where you need to hold onto the bars after inputting your height, weight etc), I have seen that my body fat percentage has decreased from 28.6% to 24.9%. I don't know…
