last 4 day had been crazy at work... Was working 14 hours per day and had no energy whatsoever to work out after work.. And also ate very bad! Am very disappointed in myself! :( Hope to pick up things again from today... Let's see....

hi I have tried p90x 2 times in past.. But could never stick with it past 1-2 weeks each time due to busy work schedule. I have a question about calories burnt on treadmill...plz gu
I noticed that the amount of calories burnt as shown on the treadmill in gym (by walking at 4.0 mph) is almost double the amount as compared to the calories shown on MFP (again walking at 4.0 mph) So, I was confused as to which one would be the right one to consider? I dont have a Heart rate monitor...so was wondering if…

so m trying to do p90x... But have a very busy work schedule ( am doing my residency.. So feel am always in the hospital) Anyhow... My ques is... Despite my genuine attempts... I always miss 1-2 days in a week... So should I restart the whole week all over again ... Or just keep doing it? Thanks!

Ugly stretch marks??
I lost about 30 pounds weight few years back and got some ugly stretch marks, especially on my arms :( I gained about 20 pounds of that bk, and am now trying to lose it again.. Green peppers
I have a Dumb ques :p my friend gave me a big basket of home grown green peppers... They r not jalapenos and not bell peppers... Something in between... But really hot... Lol... That's what my friend told me. Anyhow.. Anybody got any ideas what to do with them? Thnx

For last few weeks, I cut down on my soda completely..stopped even diet pepsi/coke etc. Instead..I have been drinking 3-4 bottles of (20 oz each) Diet Iced nestea , or diet lipton green day per day. But was still wondering...r they worth drinking? :p thanks!

Am starting P90x from today, and saw that i should try to eat 40-50% proteins during the first phase? Any ideas about meals?? I work approx 10=12 hrs/day...so eat out a lot..and healthy high protein to-go food ideas will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance! :)
