I have a Dumb ques :p

my friend gave me a big basket of home grown green peppers... They r not jalapenos and not bell peppers... Something in between... But really hot... Lol... That's what my friend told me.

Anyhow.. Anybody got any ideas what to do with them? Thnx

    You could chop them up and add to homemade burgers, meatloaf, quiche, scrambled eggs, pasta sauce, or make salsa or guacamole and add them for an extra spicy kick...

    Sounds like anahyms maybe. I put them in eggs, burritos, and salsa.
