Some of my recent NSVs
Overall, I would rate yesterday as "craptastic." But it was not a total loss. I had 3 pretty good NSVs. 1. "Ran" for 15 minutes 2. Was able to touch my toes when stretching 3. Reached a major intermediate goal today

At what point do the calories adjust downward in Your Daily
Hello, I have only been using MFP for about 2 weeks and have only lost a few pounds so far, but at least I am heading in the right direction!
