Reached a major intermediate goal today

I have not been putting a lot of effort into dropping the pounds over the last month. So I was pleasantly surprised when I had a chance to run out to the warehouse today and hop on the scale. I was down 3 pounds since my last weigh-in. I know that is not much, but it put me @ 333. That is a big deal. It means I am down to 1/6 of a ton!
